I work as a researcher at the Faculty of Medicine studying protein-protein complexes arising at the host-pathogen interface, with the aim of understanding how pathogens evade the human immune defence. The main methods we are using are quantitative and structural mass spectrometry (cross-linking and hydrogen-deuterium exchange) in combination with single-particle cryo-EM. Since its start in 2018, I have been coordinating the Lund University Block Allocation Group (BAG) allocation to the SciLifeLab cryo-EM platforms in Stockholm and Umeå.
